Duru Yanık is a fourth-year student at Özyeğin University Faculty of Law and serves as a legal intern with the Genesis Hukuk team.

During her prior internships, she gained close exposure to practice across labour law, criminal law, administrative law, and mediation, actively contributing to legal research and a range of procedural workflows. Throughout her university career, she has held leadership roles in student organisations and currently serves as Vice President of the Idealist Lawyers Club (İdealist Hukukçular Kulübü).

She has successfully completed Özyeğin University's specialised programme in Technology and IT Law—an academic focus that aligns directly with Genesis Hukuk's technology-driven, compliance-oriented practice.

A native Turkish speaker, she has B2-level English.
